1 cup white corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup (heaping) pecans
3 eggs
dash vanilla
dash salt
- Mix ingredients well
- Pour in pie shell
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake about 40 minutes
- Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves
