Pecan Pie

 Ingredients
1 cup white corn syrup
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup (heaping) pecans
3 eggs
dash vanilla
dash salt


  1. Mix ingredients well
  2. Pour in pie shell
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake about 40 minutes
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves
