Ingredients
½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
- Cream butter and peanut butter until fluffy
- Beat in brown and white sugar
- Add egg and vanilla and beat well
- Sift flour, soda and salt, add to batter and mix well
- Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet
- Press with a wet fork twice (to make a crosshatch pattern)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
