Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

½ cup butter

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup white sugar

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 cup flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1. Cream butter and peanut butter until fluffy
2. Beat in brown and white sugar
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat well
4. Sift flour, soda and salt, add to batter and mix well
5. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet
6. Press with a wet fork twice (to make a crosshatch pattern)
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
